Shipping

Shipment processing time

Our goal is to have all orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will vary depending on location, order size and type of shipment selected. You will be responsible for covering all shipping charges and fees. 

We offer shipping from FedEx, UPS and USPS with options ranging from: Fedex International, Fedex US, UPS US, UPS BE, USPS Domestic Flat Rate Envelop and USPS International Flat Rate Box/Pak, "Free" delivery charges may be possible for large orders and at the discretion of Vectus Sport.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once the package has been shipped, consult your tracking number and shipping carrier for any additional questions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vectus Sport is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Vectus Sport is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:  Gift cards, Downloadable software products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unused products, able to be resold, can be returned minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of purchase. Any request made after this period will be fulfilled at the sole discretion of Vectus Sport.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Steps to initiate a return:        

1)   Go to the " Initiate a Product Return " page, fill out the form, and submit it for review.  Alternatively, you can e-mail Vectus Sport at  support@vectussport.com.  Be sure to include a copy of your receipt, and a description of your product and the reason for your return as well as if you would like us to exchange, replace or refund your purchase.  

2)   Upon receiving your submitted returns for or email, and validating the request, Vectus Sport will email you a shipping label for your return. The Vectus return address will be present on the shipping label.   

3)  Drop your package off at your chosen shipping carrier.

4)  Upon receiving and validating your return, we will either exchange, replace or refund your purchase.

If you do not use the shipping labels sent to you by Vectus Sport, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping had the Vectus Return Shipping labels been used will be deducted from your refund. 

You should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Refunds will not be possible after 30 days from your purchase. 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive the amount of the purchase, minus the shipping cost. 

Warranty:

Vectus Sport has a 90 guarantee policy on all products, and some product carry a longer warranty period. See the specific product page for more warranty details. If a product breaks under its intended use, we will replace the damaged item upon review of the product and receipt of your return. To initiate the warranty, email us at  support@vectussport.com.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@vectussport.com  or call us at  1-844-783-2885   

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@vectussport.com  and follow the return directions outlined above: "Steps to initiate a return".
